end of prac...

chem prac just ended today...yay...all the pracs are over! no more pracs...at least for the next 2 years...cos if i take up chemical engineering will sure have to do some lab work one...anyway...think the 4 questions went quite well larz...the double indicator titration...i got nothing to say...except for the concentration...really not carbon copy of hwa chong 2003 block test prac larz...gosh...then kinetics was straightforward...then still got QA...the carbonate...can be manganese or cobalt...manganese carbonate is light purple...cobalt carbonate is pink(according to agnes)...but i still believe is manganese larz...hehez...very funny...cos after add in hydroxide...got a pale pink ppt...i poured it out and blew at it...artificial oxidation? hehez...and it browned! =P...the FA6 i thought it was quite obvious that sulphite was present? the barium chloride one a little dubious i must say...cos most of mine dissolved and some still not dissolved...think FA6 might be lead(II) sulphite? hehez...maybe that will explain it...but heck lar...design experiment is basic gravimetric analysis...and by 450...it was over!

on the whole...i think the 3 pracs went well for me...hoping the best for the other papers...now that all the pracs are over...the main papers are coming! Ah....

the champions

tuned in to the last 15 minutes of "the champions" on channel 8 just now...got this incident of jeanette aw(JA)'s character's brother leaving house because he was arrested with his frens as they were taking drugs...then JA's character was blaming qi yiwu(YW)'s character for what happened...then YW's character was wrongfully accused of molest and suspended from his CNB duties...and JA's character overheard it...she subsequently went to take a swipe it YW's character for being suspended and warned him that it was all his fault that her brother left home...

maybe it is just me...but i just dun like injustice...dun like being maligned...so while watching JA's being so self-righteous and haughty...was just hoping that YW's character can at least retort her and shut her up...especially when he was being blamed for doing his job whether it was right or wrong...and that she was blaming her family prob on him...simply unreasonable la...haix...just cannot tahan accusations liddat...the plot too fake liaoz lar...being charged in court and suspended from duty and still can take those crap? unreal...

if in real life i was in a similar condition of being wrongfully accused and someone just happen to cross my path and take a swipe at me...i would sure give that person more than a piece of my mind and bark at that person...who ask that person to say wrong things at wrong time at the wrong place to the wrong person? this is just me...at most apologise to the person after the entire "barking" session lorz...

bio prac

the a levels finally started! hahaz...after a long long long long long....(you all get the idea la) rot in school and in the reading room...went into the lab to start the prac! hahaz...

started the leaf question...quite easy...got stumped at the controlling and design part...decided to move ahead...went to measure rice...first part is dummy proof...but then the genetic diagram had me thinking for a while...drew the hetero X hetero diagram at first...then saw a "long grain" with "short grain"...then cancelled my diagram to draw hetero X homo...then read the chi-square test part...really not go back to cancel and redo again...hahaz...should have read the question properly...hehez...must remember to do that for chem and physics...then histology really not the mammal kidney larz...they gave 50 minutes to do the histo question? really need so long ah! hahaz...went back to do the leaf again...mind clear liao...can think liaoz...then answer lor! hahaz...after everything ended...felt quite okay lar...except that i drew a standard curve when mag tan said should be point to point curve...bleahz...anyway...the bio department really not zai lar...spot on for about 80% of the paper! *clap clap*...

hahaz...just received my enlistment notice! hehez...6th Jan 0945h...so exciting! muahahaz...

singapore idol

results show today...sylvester was in the bottom three! -shock- but must say that the disco show was not his best...but what a close shave it was...at least he was the first one back to the seats...=) but why wasn't christopher in the bottom three? i dun get it! his performance was the WORST...spelt W-O-R-S-T...of the night! why wasn't he, but sylvester at the bottom three? cos his family was rich? no wonder lar...his family plays golf together during the weekend...of cos they got the money to afford the cheap 50 cents phone calls...bah...starting to totally hate him liaoz...

now to jerry...finally he is out of the competition...actually felt a little sad for him just now...gotta go through all the crap thrown to him...the good thing is that his ordeal is over and that the suffering is short-lived...think he is a nice person larz...much nicer than that chrisypoo...urgh...

chrisypoo better get kicked out next week...else i will starting cursing his "zu zong shi ba dai liao" (translate: 18 generations of ancestors) to make sure he is out...get fed up with all this support that he is getting not because his singing is good, but because his pockets are full...bleahz...

smoke

while there was lotsa smoke rising from the woods at east coast there...i experienced a different kind of smoke today...in school...

was mugging at the 4th storey of block A...then the wind was blowing...quite cooling...until i sniffed some cigarette smoke...at first i thought it was some visitor to the admin block who smoked and drifted here...so i din think much about it...but as the wind continued to blow...the smoke persisted...went to take a walk...as i walked pass the staircase...could see someone coming down from the staircase...so i just continued drinking from my bottle and walked on...after a while...went up the staircase...along the way...no more cigarette smoke...but there was an air freshener smell...

air freshener? obviously to mask the smell of something else la...so continued walking until the top...reach the top of the LT5, Music Room area...at first the path from the staircase still had the air freshener smell...then after a while the cigarette smoke just hit me in the face lar...very strong in the open space connecting the 2 theatres...

din think that i will be able to find this is hwa chong...haix...

prom clothes!

today was a very tiring day...received and review a few papers...namely bio and chem today...tho the results are not wad i expected...but still quite contented over where i stand lar...=D...but still a bit of the kek with my chem results...ah...dun wanna talk about it liao...still got phy to go...crossing my fingers to get what i hope to get...

after the long and draggy gp lesson...rushed down to orchard to meet my sister who is helping me to choose my prom clothes...alighted at the heerens...ran to specialist shopping centre...only to realise that she was at plaza sing...really not diaoz...picked my shirt and tie...the shirt is a dark purple...then the tie is millenium silver...cheap...cos it was john little's house brand...so quite affordable...

then walked to g2000 at wisma atria...chose my suit...tried everything on...had a sneak preview of how it would look like...=P...after a long day...took cab back to rest!
